Touring West London
I went straight to Da Vinci room 66 in the National Gallery then walked vis the whole museum in one hour and stopped by Lego and M&M stores, before the west London walking tour.
During the walking tour of west London, the guide explained the secrets on the popular and influential British Royal family, and British history in front of the palaces and buildings where Henry the VIII (the ruthless monarch that had six wives), Guy Fawkes (who plotted to destroy the parliament), Winston Churchill and his war rooms, Admiral Nelson (the Duke of Wellington who led Britain into Victory in the Napoleonic wars), etc. we also saw the cars of Prince Charles went inside his house, while some of us saw his face via the car window. I am very impressed by its Islamic collections (better than I saw in Iran etc.).
After the walking tour, I spent 2-hr in the British Museum. The Museum houses a vast collection of world art and artefacts looted from other countries and is free to all visitors. The British Museum collection today contains over 8 million objects.
I then attended the free evening service at the Westminster Abbey. This service followed the traditional pattern in The Book of Common Prayer and included choral music (psalms, canticles, and anthems), scripture readings, and prayers (no photos or films allowed). This royal church offers daily services for all and is a World Heritage Site.
