Amsterdam Airport

To travel from Amersterdam to London, I can spend (1) $330 to take Eurostar train for 5 hrs; (2) $89 bus for 20 hrs; (3) $43 EasyJet for 1 hr.  So I chose (3).

Since my fight is 7 am, I decided to camp in AMS airport tonight. I checked out the Rijksmuseum Amsterdam Schiphol museum of a permanent exhibition of ten works of old master from the Golden Age (Airside, on Holland Boulevard, between the E and F Pier) and the exhibit by the science museum. This is also the world’s first airport library with books and a piano.

I took free shower at Lounge 2, Upper Level, past Xpress Spa and near 1st aid.  After drying my hair and umbrella (it rained today), I took advantage of one of the 5 rest zones with reclining relaxation chairs to have 6-hr solid sleep. I like my hostel in Amsterdam, but I hate to get up 4 am to ride train to the airport for the early flight, so camping AMS airport is a better option for me.
